Integrity and Character

Integrity and character are revealed through the choices we make when recognition is absent and no one is there to applaud us. Integrity means living according to your values, keeping your promises, and doing what is right even when doing so is difficult or inconvenient. Character is built through these quiet decisions, strengthened each time we choose honesty, courage, responsibility, and respect. Like the figures reaching out to help one another in the illustration, strong character is not only about what we achieve for ourselves, but also about how we use our strength to support others. When integrity becomes the foundation of our actions, trust follows, relationships deepen, and our character becomes the legacy we leave behind.
